The «Tree of True Life» (where the roots are the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 and the branches and leaves are the Good Shepherds, Righteous Among the Nations, the bystanders, rescuers and the tree fruits are the pan-human brotherhood and the social justice )

A film about the Greek Jews and their life before, during and after the Holocaust/Shoah ( using Movie – Maker or Web 2.0 )

A museum-like display (a student-created classroom museum exhibition) dedicated to the Greek Jewish partisans and the Jews who came as refugee from Smyrna ( Izmir ) and settled in Greece. Using this project-based learning approach, students will have the opportunity to be creative in presenting their chosen humans. ( this part is long term and will last till end 2020 )

“The masks of feelings” during and after the camps. These masks will be created by the “Art-group” and hanged up on the presentation board of our project.

A presentation ( after research ) how the multicultural and multi-religious community ( Christian orthodox, Christian catholic – since 1837 – and recently Muslims ) of Heraklion in Attica lives since many years in Harmony. ( this part is long term and will last till end 2020 )
Each group will research and design a display using the documents and images provided. Students are also encouraged to incorporate photos from the Jewish Educational websites, as well as conduct their own outside research.
