Curriculum Integration
This webquest is based on Unit 7 "Going Back in Time" (5th grade coursebook, Primary school) and can be used as a supplementary material for Lesson 3 - Unit 3 "Imaginary Creatures" (6th grade coursebook, Primary School).
Duration
The process is expected to last two or three teaching sessions.
Expected results
Throughout the present quest the students will be able to:

expand their reading and listening skills.

develop both writing and speaking skills.

efficiently communicate the fruits of their investigation, using ICT skills.

work cooperatively within their team.

critically decide the content of their project.
-
improve creativity.
Teaching Approach
This quest has the form of a project which requires the pupils to work in groups towards the presentation of a specific topic. In the framework of a cross-curricular approach, they are expected to integrate in their project skills not only in EFL, but also in ICT and Art.
The teacher's role is to facilitate this process, providing advice, support and help when needed.
